Early, cool weather crop.  Single stem with tightly spaced 1 1/2 - 2 inch creamy peach-colored fragrant blooms.  Flowers are edible with a clove-like flavor.

Spacing: 4-6" with a trellis or other support.

Harvest: For fresh cut flowers, harvest when 1/3 - 1/2 of florets are open.
