Allium - Millenium

Allium 'Millennium" also known as Ornamental Onion

Hardy in zones 4-8, this ornamental onion has beautiful purple flowers that have a balloon-like appearance. This also makes an excellent cut flower due to it's strong stems.  

Attracts butterflies and is bee friendly.

Full Sun to part shade

Harvest: We recommend harvesting Millennium when the flower head is one-third to one-half open for cut bouquets. You can also allow the blooms to fully open and harvest for dried flowers instead!
